FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: push-pull shift register consists of cells, each of them containing a trigger based on the left and right switching MOS-transistors and the left and right load MOS-transistors, the left and right input MOS-transistors, a stabilising MOS-transistor, a latching MOS-transistor, a MOS-transistor used as a delay element, two SCLs, a power supply bus, a zero potential bus and their connections, at that an auxiliary MOS-transistor, the third SCL and their connections are introduced into each cell additionally.
EFFECT: providing potential reversible data shift inside the push-pull shift register and bidirectional data transmission and stable operation of the push-pull shift register in conditions of essential parasitic capacitance of SCLs.
