FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: extract isolation method envisages contacting of a mixture of extraction fluid and a volatile substance extract with porous particles. The porous particles have pores size that ensure diffusion of the mixture of the extraction fluid and the extract into porous particles, modification of properties of the mixture of the extraction fluid and the extract for filling with the extract being separated from gasiform extraction fluid, porous particles pores, separation of the gasiform extraction fluid from porous particles and removal of porous particles, filled with the volatile substance extract, from the accommodating volume. The extraction fluid may be represented by super critical carbon dioxide.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve isolation of the extract and improve its preservation and integrity.
