FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopaedics and dentistry, and consists in cleaning, modification and sterilization of bone tissue derivatives. Disclosed is a method of purifying bone tissue material comprising at least the following sequential steps: (a) treating said material with hydrogen peroxide solution for 0.5–18 hours; (b) treating material with supercritical fluid solution with addition of ethanol in amount of 0.5–10 % of weight of supplied supercritical fluid for 15–60 minutes at temperature of 25–45 °C and fixed pressure in range from 10 to 25 MPa; (c) treating material with supercritical fluid solution with addition of ethanol in amount of 0.5–10 % of weight of supercritical fluid fed at temperature of 25–45 °C, wherein during treatment at least two times pressure is increased by at least 5 MPa and then reduced back to initial pressure value used at step (b); (d) treating material with supercritical fluid solution without adding ethanol for 15–120 minutes at temperature of 25–45 °C and pressure values in range from 10 to 35 MPa.
EFFECT: invention provides effective purification of bone tissue material, while preserving the structure of the treated material, as well as improved mechanical and osteointegration properties of bone tissue derivatives when implanted.
