The mobile communication method according to the present invention contains a step A, at which the radio base station eNB during communicating in the subordinate cells notifies the mobile station UE on "RS Configuration Information (channel state information reference signal) / Transmission Disconnection", indicating CSI-RS broadcast method; a step B at which the mobile station UE performs the reception process on the basis of "CSI-RS Configuration Information / Transmission Disconnection", and a step C at which the base station refuses to transmit the top-down data when a reference signal is transmitted.
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of channel assessment by means of CSI-RS.
