FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to nanotechnologies and concerns a stamp for the morphological modification of polymers, a method for producing it and a method for forming a super-hydrophilic and super-hydrophobic self-cleaning coating with using it. The stamp represents a film of a porous anode aluminium oxide with an average distance of pore centres of 30 to 700 nm and possesses a multilayer roughness falling within the range of 10 nm to mcm with a specific size of micro-relief elements within the range of 1-10 mcm and a size of micro-relief elements within the range of 10-500 nm. A method for producing the above stamp involves the controlled preparation of the micro-relief elements by mechanical or chemical treatment, e.g. stamping, dressing or lithographic printing followed by the anode oxidation of aluminium in the voltage range of 5 to 300 V for generating the micro-relief. The method involves surface modification by replicating the structure of the above stamp and its following mechanical removal.

EFFECT: invention provides varying a wetting angle of the polymer film surface over the wide range, forming the super-hydrophilic and super-hydrophobic surfaces, low material consumption of the production process, higher accuracy and uniformity of the imprint.
