SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, namely to devices for treating blood circulation disorders, for instance, lymphoedema, oedemas and vein diseases, and to methods of their fitting to patient's body part. Compression clothes item contains main cloth and multitude of straps. Cloth is made with such dimensions that it can be wrapped around part of patient's extremity. Cloth contains upper edge, lower edge and pair of opposite side edges. Cloth is trimmed from upper edge to lower edge and between opposite edges, making it possible for main cloth to correspond to size and shape of part of patient's extremity. Cloth contains one or more parts that can be cut off on upper edge, lower edge and on opposite side edges, which can be removed, making it possible for upper edge width to be given size, corresponding to length of upper circumference of patient's body part extremity, and size, corresponding to length of lower circumference of extremity - to lower edge width. Each strap is attached to cloth with possibility of detachment in multitude of different places and at different angles. Proximal edge of each strap is connected to cloth with possibility of detachment. Distal edge of each strap passes from proximal edge. Distal edge of each strap is wrapped around part of cloth when cloth is wrapped around patient's extremity in order to apply compressing force to patient's extremity. Method of fitting compression clothes item to part of patient's body includes assembly of said compression clothes item around part of patient's extremity by the following stages: selection of position on main cloth, which each of multitude of straps has to be fixed in accordance with part of patient's extremity, attachment with possibility of detaching each strap to cloth in multitude of different places and at different angles, wrapping cloth around part of patient's body, wrapping each strap around part of cloth for application of therapeutic compression to patient's extremity, with cloth containing one or more parts to be cut off on upper, lower edges and on opposite side edges, which can be removed, making it possible to impart to width of upper edge of main cloth size, corresponding to length of upper circumference of patient's body part extremity, and to width of lower edge size, corresponding to length of lower extremity circumference. Compression clothes item in accordance with second version of implementation contains cylindrical main cloth and multitude of straps. Dimensions of cloth are made such that it is possible to wrap it around patient's body part. Cloth contains upper edge and lower edge. Cloth contains one or more trimmable parts on upper, lower edges, which can be removed. Cloth is trimmed from upper edge to lower edge, making it possible for main cloth to correspond to size and shape of extremity part. Each strap is attached with possibility of detaching to cloth in multitude of different places and at different angles. Straps are wrapped around part of cloth, when cloth is wrapped around part of patient's body in order to apply compressing force to patient's body. In accordance with second version method of fitting cylindrical compression clothes item to patient's body part includes assembling said clothes item around part of patient's extremity by the following stages: selection of position on main cloth, which each of multitude of straps has to be fixed in in accordance with part of patient's extremity, attachment with possibility of detaching each strap to cloth in multitude of different places and at different angles, wrapping cloth around part of patient's body, wrapping each strap around part of main cloth for application of therapeutic compression to patient's extremity.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of compression clothes item of one size, which fits everybody and which can be easily and fast fitted in such a way that it corresponds to circumference in profile and patient's extremity in length.
