FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: therapeutic compression garment comprises a main portion and an axial portion. The main portion has the first side and the second side, a plurality of belts extending from the first side. The axial portion has the first side and the second side, a plurality of belts extending from the first side. The belts extending from the first side of the main portion and the belts extending from the first side of the axial portion are configured to bond the main and axial portions to each other while wrapping the main and axial portions around the limb. The second sides of the main and axial portions are fastened together by a connector that is releasably attached to the main and axial portions and the constricting edge of the main and axial portions. The connector has a central axis and slits arranged to allow the connector to be bent perpendicularly to the central axis. The middle section of at least one of the main and axial portions has a shape formed by one or both of its upper and lower edges, allowing the garment to assume a non-flat shape when attaching the main and axial portions to each other. In the second version, the therapeutic compression garment comprises an axial portion configured to be positioned at different locations on the main portion. At least one guide belt is connected to the main portion. The guide belt has dimensions that allow the guide belt to wrap around with the main portion around the limb. One end of the guide belt is fixedly attached to the main portion, and the other end of the guide belt is releasably attached to the main or axial portion. Or at least one guide belt comprises two guide belts, one end of the first guide belt being attached to the main portion and one end of the second guide belt attached to the axial portion, with respective other ends of the guide belts being attachable to each other.
EFFECT: inventions allow to provide a compression garment of one size that fits all and which can be easily and quickly adjusted so that it conforms to the circumference profile of the limb of the particular patient.
