FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water transport, particularly, to transportation of fluids in random volumes. Proposed base element comprises at least two identical tanks (1). The latter, on default, are located nearby, parallel at proportional spacing, and can float to transfer of fluids with specific weight smaller than unity. Every tank (1) is made of flexible material bending at wave effects. It comprises closed cross-section, two ends sealed by identical hydrodynamic-shape covers (11) for water tightness and shell provided with several fill/discharge fittings (12) in compliance with specs. Besides, said base element comprises separation structure (2) made of bending at wave effects to displace unobstructed in the plane perpendicular to the tank (1) lengthwise axis. It serves to maintain proportional spacing between tanks (1) and is connected with tank (1) shells over its length by retaining loops (13). The latter are fixed to tank (1) at spacing ten to twenty times as great as loaded tank (1) inverse diameter. Invention covers also the floating tow of such base elements and raft composed thereof.

EFFECT: better operating performances for transportation of oil.
