FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical forceps contain clamping means, installed on a rotating case, the first and the second means for the transmission of the clamping means motion and the rotating case, respectively connecting, at least one pull cord, consisting of several cords, located in such a way that the transverse section of at least one pull cord, connected to the first means of the motion transmission, has the changeable geometry along its pathway. In the first assembly the cords in the transverse section are placed in such a way that their longitudinal axes are located radially. In the second assembly the axes are oriented in the first direction. In the third assembly the axes are oriented in the second direction, perpendicular to the first direction.
