FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a hollow cylindrical tube, a stiletto and a conveying screw. The tube has a proximal portion and a distal portion, an open end of which has a pinked cutting edge. The stiletto is configured to integrate into the tube by fitting-in from the side of the proximal portion of the tube so that a stiletto point projects from the distal portion. The conveying screw is configured to integrate into the tube by fitting-in from the proximal portion of the tube and has a proximal portion and a distal portion having a screw surface with a cutting edge on the end face from the distal portion directed substantially in the transverse plane in relation to a long axis of the conveying screw. Being integrated into the tube, the conveying screw is configured to move axially simultaneously towards the distal portion of the tube from its intermediate position into its end position and to rotate about the long axis; one revolution of the axial movement of the conveying screw is substantially equal to a pitch screw; in the final position of the conveying screw, it can be only rotated about the long axis.

EFFECT: invention provides tissue sampling in an amount adequate enough to perform histological examination with low injury rate.
