SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and can be used in the intubation of the trachea with the application of the tracheostomy tube. A system for the withdrawal of an accessory from the tracheostomy tube contains a mechanism acting as a cam and made with a possibility of the longitudinal separation of the accessory and the tracheostomy tube in response to the rotation of the accessory and the tracheostomy tube relative to each other. The mechanism acting as the cam represents a two-component unit, consisting of complementary edges of a sinusoidal shape. The accessory and tracheostomy tube contains each one of the two unit-forming components.
EFFECT: invention provides tight connection between the accessory and the tracheostomy tube with simple and smooth disconnection.
