METHOD AND PROCESS LINE FOR PROCESSING FARINACEOUS PRODUCTS RETURN WASTES Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A21C15/00 

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry field. The method includes milling, disintegration and packaging. Additionally, it involves preliminary disintegration of noodle bricks into major sized pieces, their separation into two flows, each of them delivered to the corresponding disc blade mill. The mills operate alternatively, the disc blades rotation rate equal to 3000-4000 rpm, in the return short time mode during 1-2 sec with a 10 min interval. The crumb temperature is controlled at the milled output; then the produced crumb is sieved in two stages, on a coarse mesh sieve and on a sieve with cells sized 1.5 mm; then the ready crumb is packaged and packed. The process line implementing this method contains of a disintegrator, a grinder and a packaging unit, all installed along the technological process and interconnected with a transporter. The line is supplemented with two mills and a vibration sieving device. The latter has two sieves; the first has coarse mesh while the second has cells sized no more than 1.5 mm. The disintegrator is conic shaped, has horizontally installed disc blades, is mounted on either mill and connected to the compressed air supply unit. The mills are designed so that to enable alternating operation with a 10 min interval and are placed between the grinder and the vibration sieving device.

EFFECT: invention enables reliable and quality processing of farinaceous products return wastes containing a fat component.
