FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: crusher is aimed at processing of recyclable waste of hard flour products containing fat component, in particular, at producing crumbs from ready briquettes of instant noodles. A vertical loading hopper of the crusher is connected with a cutter head. The head with a group of disk knives is fixed in the casing (3). The knives are set pairwise with equal pitch between the pairs on a rotating shaft (4). The shaft is coupled with a drive. The inner surface of the cone-like casing (15) is stepped. The number of casing steps is equal to the number of knife pairs (10). The pair of disk knives is formed by the knives of the same diameter. The diameter of the smaller disk knife corresponds to the diameter of the neck of the cutter head casing. The diameter of the bigger disk knife corresponds to the diameter of the base of the cutter head casing.

EFFECT: invention improves quality and reliability of crusher operation.
