PHOTOPOLYMER COMPOSITIONS FOR RECORDING REFLECTION HOLOGRAMS IN WIDE SPECTRAL RANGE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC G03F7/28 C08L39/04 G03H1/02

Abstract RU 2552351 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light-sensitive recording media and specifically to holographic photopolymer materials which are suitable for recording three-dimensional transmission and reflection holograms. Disclosed is a photopolymer composition for producing colour reflection and transmission holograms, which is sensitive to laser radiation in the entire visible spectrum, the composition containing polymer binder, a monomer component and a photoinitiation system with an electron acceptor and a donor, a hydrogen atom donor and a dye-sensitiser, characterised by that it the monomer is N-acrylonitrile thiomorpholine, the component of the photoinitiation system of the dye-sensitiser is thioerythrosine triethylammonium together with an electron acceptor which is bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)iodonium trifluoromethanesulphonates with an additive as a component of the photoinitiation system of the dye-sensitiser: 6-acetylamino-2-methylceramidonin together with an electron donor in the form of tetrabutylammonium butyltriphenylborate, with the following ratio of components, wt %: polymer binder, 40-50; said monomer component 40-46; crosslinking component 3-9; said dye: 6-acetylamino-2-methylceramidonin 0.1-0.2; said dye: thioerythrosine triethylammonium 0.25-0.35; methylene blue 0.02-0.03; said electron acceptor: 2.4-3.4 bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)iodonium trifluoromethanesulphonate; said electron donor: 4.5-6.5; tetrabutylammonium butyltriphenylborate electron donor: 5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol 1-6; hydrogen atom donor: 1-6; 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-tetrazole-5-thiol; surfactant: bis(2-ethylhexyl)sodium sulphosuccinate 0.2-0.3.

EFFECT: disclosed composition is suitable for recording three-dimensional transmission and reflection holograms.
