FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: operating method of thermal power plant is described, under it the thermal engine is used (5) with closed circulation circuit, it operates according to Rankine organic cycle. In the thermal engine (5) the low-boiling work body is used as the cooling medium circulating in the closed circuit. The work body is expanded in the turbine expander (6) of the thermal engine (5), condensed in heat-exchanger-condenser (8), and compressed in condensate pump (9). The spent steam is supplied from steam turbine (1) to the steam space of the steam turbine condenser (2), is condensed on surface of the condensation tubes. Condensate using the condensate pump (3) of the steam turbine condenser (2) is sent to the regeneration system. Using the specified thermal engine (5) the discharged low potential thermal energy of the spent steam of the turbine (1) is used. At that the thermal engine (5) is used during condensation of the spent steam of the turbine (1). Low-boiling work body after its compression in the condensate pump (9) of the thermal engine (5) is heated and evaporated in the steam turbine condenser (2) using concealed heat of steam generation that is removed using the low-boiling work body circulating in the closed circuit to the thermal engine turbine expander (6). Expansion of the low-boiling work body is performed to saturation temperature with humidity not exceeding 12%.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the thermal power plant due to complete use of the discharged low potential heat for additional electric energy generation, and to increase endurance and operation reliability of the steam turbine condenser.
