FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of metals and amines removal from crude oil including: addition to the specified crude oil of the water solution effective for metal removal, solution contains from 40 to 70 wt % of apple acid and/or its salts; separate addition of the flushing water to the specified crude oil and mixing of the specified crude oil, acid and flushing water with creation of the emulsion; and separation of the specified emulsion to water phase and crude oil with reduced content of metals and/or amines, at that the apple acid and/or its salt is added to the crude oil upstream to the flushing water. Besides, the invention relates to the improved method of desalination during oil refining.
EFFECT: suggested methods ensure improved metals and amines removal from the crude oil.
