SUBSTANCE: this invention generally relates to vacuum sweepers (vacuum cleaners). The vacuum cleaner consists of a dust receptacle and a dust separation and capture device. The vacuum cleaner dust receptacle consists of a dust capture chamber with a hole for dust inlet which is connected with the air flow in the suction source direction and a pressing device consisting of a pressing element moving within the chamber for packing dust contained therein and a hollow expanding element that expands when the pressure of air inside it exceeds that inside the chamber that exercises effect onto the outer part and shrinks when its inner part is exposed to a lower air pressure; the periods of the expanding elements exposure to higher pressure with subsequent pressure reduction are identical which conditions alternating expansion and shrinkage of the expanding element during the vacuum cleaner operation.
