SUBSTANCE: device for transmission of information to the untethered submersible contains an information source, a coder, a cable, a sealed light radiator, a decoder. The cable with the radiator are located under water. Coder transforms digital signals of the information source into sequence of light impulses of the radiator on its transparent sealed panel which contacts with the transparent sealed reception panel. The reception panel has one indicator section and other information sections. The reception panel is connected to the decoder. The decoder is connected to the on-board computer of the untethered submersible. The cable with the radiator are located under water.
