FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a unit with laps kinematically coupled with a drive via a pole. The latter includes a base and a mechanism to fix the pole in respect to the base and to position the unit with laps in respect to the valve body seat being lapped. The said fixation and positioning mechanism is fitted by an element to press the unit with laps to the surface being lapped via the pole made with an intermediate element and a tensometric sensor which are mounted in the zone of the unit with laps in the gap between the pole end and the reducer of the unit with laps and are rigidly connected to them.
EFFECT: visual control of lap pressure onto the treated surface resulting in higher quality and efficiency of lapping process.
