FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for controlling the dimensions of the mating elements, comprises a nutromer with movable and immovable rods in its head, a centrator, the movable rod is connected kinematically via the stocks with the linear displacement sensor, an electronic reading device comprising an electronic linear displacement sensor, a processor, an analog-to-digital converter, wherein the free ends of the rods are provided with the supporting elements, the working surface of which is cylindrical with the generatrices thereon, located at the right angle to the movement direction of the supporting element, the device is also provided with a lodgment for mounting and fixing a nutromer thereon, the lodgment is formed with the parallel cheeks rigidly interconnected to form open linear ends lying in one plane, wherein the centrator is connected on their sides to the lodgment, and the output from the linear displacement sensor is connected to the processor input through the electronic linear displacement sensor and the analog-to-digital converter, the outputs of the sensors for measuring outer and angular dimensions on the locking element (wedge) are connected to the processor through the keyboard unit. The corresponding method for controlling the dimentions of the mating elements, is that the inside calliper and the lodgment are inserted into the body cavity between the sealing surfaces, wherein the inside calliper is mounted and fixed against the lodgment. The said lodgment is based against the body sealing surface by the rulers. The centrator bases a lodgement with the inside callipers on the lodgement by the rollers so that the supporting elements take the end position on the sealing surface of the valve body by the cylindrical surfaces, by its central generatrices. With further movement the supporting element comes off from the surface, and the fixation of the inside calliper head position is performed, the signal is supplied from the linear displacement sensor to the processor through the electronic sensor and the analog-to-digital converter. The signal is supplied from the processor to the sensor.
EFFECT: improvement of the shutoff pipeline valve quality, its most important parameter - the shutter tightness.
