FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device contains collectors draining cathode and anode permeate, which are formed by space between semi-cylinders of the device body, body of the device and polymer perforated partition with perforated staggered holes in three rows along the whole length. From the side of butt end surfaces of the device body semi-cylinders at end covers there are threaded openings with unions screwed into them to drain permeate and retentate. Space between the device body, cathode and anode membranes and perforated tube is formed by the collector for passing of initial solution, wherein turbulising grids are installed with braided metal tubes. Intermembrane channel is formed by two pairs of cathode and anode membranes, substrates of membranes and drain meshes of cathode and anode successively laid at two sides from the turbulising grid, all of them are glued with butt end surfaces and turbulising grids with braided metal tubes and wrapped around the perforated tube, at that drain meshes of cathode and anode are placed between substrates of membranes and cathode and anode membranes laid on them and glued at perforation point to the perforated tube.
EFFECT: improved quality of solutions separation at improved cooling of permeate and monopolar electrodes.
