SUBSTANCE: spiral-wound electric baromembrane device includes dielectric case, monopole electrodes of anode and cathode out of woven graphite, current supply device, perforated tube, non-porous film supported by dielectric plates with perforated orifices, where the film is positioned at both sides of turbolator mesh, separated from it by cathode membrane and cathode drain mesh at one side and by anode membrane and anode drain mesh at the other side to form intermembrane channel; end surfaces of turbolator mesh elements and cathode membrane, cathode drain mesh and non-porous film, anode membrane, anode drain mesh and non-porous film are filled with glue composition.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of solution separation, increased membrane area per device volume unit, improved cooling of cathode and anode.
