FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: accelerator contains a reinforced housing with rails inside, a current source and bias coils, non-polar switchboards, a control system of switchboards, a capacitor accumulator and an accumulator power supply. The bias coils are designed as sections located along the reinforced housing opposite to the rails. Each section of the bias coils is a pair of identical coaxial coils which are series connected among themselves. One of leads of each section is connected directly to the capacitor accumulator, and the second one is connected to the accumulator through the non-polar switchboard the controlling electrode of which is connected to the control system of electrodes. Rails are connected to the current source the synchronizing lead of which is connected to a control system of switchboards. The capacitor accumulator is connected to the accumulator power supply.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency and reliability of the electromagnetic amplifier.
