FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal vortex burner containing casing, captive nut, insert with tangential channels tapering along the flow, vortex chamber, nozzle and disk. The insert and disk are made out of metal-ceramics. In end surface of the captive nut a central hole is made axisymmetric to the casing. The insert has tangential channels located in the plane perpendicular to the casing axis. The vortex chamber is connected with the tangential channels. The disk is adjacent to end face of the insert at side of the tangential channels perpendicular to the casing axis. To the end surface of the captive nut a plate sprayer is secured axisymmetric to the casing. The sprayer contains perpendicular to the casing axis and parallel to between each other plates, one plate, i.e. first plate has central hole, and second plate is made solid, and is secured to the first plate by means of the fasteners. The second solid plate of the plate sprayer is made rather convex or concave then plane, at that tip of the convex surface can be directed both towards end face of the captive nut, and from it, and second plate of the plate sprayer is made perforated at area limited by the calibrated inserted washers, installed between plates of the plate sprayer.
EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance of the injector upon keeping the flowrate characteristics, assurance of homogeneous degree of mixing with inflowing medium.
