FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal vortex nozzle contains chassis, cap nut, insert with tapered thread of tangential channels, swirling chamber, nozzle and disc adjacent to the end of the liner by tangential channels. Liner and disk are made of cermets, input edge of tangential channels are rounded. In the face of the sleeve nut, axisymmetric to the body, the central hole is made, consisting of the cylindrical part and of the conical part. The liner has a tangential channels, which are situated in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the chassis, as well as the swirling chamber connected with tangential channels. To the face of the sleeve nut, the flow is axisymmetric shell, plate mounted sprayer consisting of perpendicular axis of the hull and a parallel plates, one of which, the first plate has a central hole, and the second plate is made solid and is attached to the first by fasteners. The second solid plate of the plate sprayer is made rather convex or concave then plane, at that tip of the convex surface can be directed both towards end face of the sleeve nut, and from it, and second plate of the plate sprayer is made perforated at area limited by the calibrated inserted washers, installed between plates of the plate sprayer.
EFFECT: reduced hydraulic resistance of the injector upon keeping the flowrate characteristics, assurance of homogeneous degree of mixing with inflowing medium.
