FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: bioyoghurt contains initial components represented by cow milk, oat flakes, a starter in the form of BK- Altai-LSBifi bacterial concentrate, natural bee honey, a stabiliser; additionally, bioyoghurt contains concentrated milk whey, succades of beet-roots or carrots or pumpkin or water-melon or dried apricots at the following initial components ratio, wt %: oat flakes - 0.5-6.5, BK- Altai-LSBifi bacterial concentrate - 0.003-0.007, natural bee honey - 1.0-3.0, stabiliser - 0.1-0.3, concentrated milk whey - 0.1-0.5, succades of beet-roots or carrots or pumpkin or water-melon - 3.0-6.5, dried apricots - 3.0-6.5, cow milk - balance.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain functional purpose bioyoghurt with increased nutritive and physiological vale and impart an unusual pungent taste to the product.
