FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: first stage involves chemoembolisation of one of the branches of the hepatic artery. As an embolysate used is 48% Lipoidol 10.0 ml; as a chemopreparation used is doxorubicin 50 mg. At the second stage following the time interval making 1-3 weeks after the first stage, an ultrasound-controlled percutaneous ablation is performed. The third stage following 1-3 weeks after the second stage involves a repeated chemoembolisation of the homolateral branch of the hepatic artery. That is followed by controlling clinical effectiveness by spiral computed tomography with intravenous bolus contrast enhancement.
EFFECT: invention enables reducing a risk of local recurrence and improving remote results of the given group of patients.
