FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of a protein soya bean component and a carbohydrate one in the form of wheat and barley, the components mixing. The protein soya bean component is represented by sprouted soya seeds based paste, the carbohydrate one - by a composition of wheat and barley flour at a ratio of 1:1. Dough is produced based on the paste and the composition by way of their mixing, the ratio of the paste to the composition being 1:1; granules with 1.0-5.0 mm diameter are formed based on the dough with subsequent drying of the granules till moisture content is equal to 8.0-9.0%.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to manufacture a fodder product with increased fodder and biological value.
