FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion engineering, particularly, to ICE fuel systems. High-pressure fuel pump has at least one plunger pair with plunger (1) actuated by dive shaft cam (2) or eccentric to reciprocate and resting indirectly via pusher (3) and support roller (4) on said can (2) or eccentric. In compliance with invention, support roller (4) has at least one central bore (5) extending along lengthwise axis (A) of support roller (4) and has at least one conical, spherical and/or ellipsoidal section (a) to form an inner outline.
EFFECT: decreased wear in the area of contact between support roller with cam or eccentric and/or with support element with built-in roller.
