SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises reception of data that encodes the heat feed range confined by upper and lower limits. It comprises also the step of reception of data that encodes the first welding parameter of the set of parameters and defines its variation used for definition of the second parameter that allows the maintenance of welding heat feed in the required range of magnitudes. Welding systems using said method comprises power supply and control system connected therewith allow keeping up of preset heat feed in compliance with described method. Welding system can comprises wire feeder and appropriate positioning system for submerged-arc welding.
