FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to MIG/MAG welding. Module (100) controls welding apparatus with application of working point on synergistic characteristic curve output on display. Said point describes the selected welding process and is constructed by the set of welding parameter variation graphs including at least one characteristic curve (111) plotted on the basis of relationship between welding parameter variables x and y. Module (100) is equipped with at least one driver (113) to adjust said setting point that can represent said working point and its departure (Δ1, Δ2) from said synergistic characteristic curve on the basis of said set of graphs. This module incorporates audio-video display (502, 503, 504) of recommendations on welding process.
EFFECT: optimised welding.
