FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method involves immersing of the processed part in a bath with preheated electrolyte being a solution of sodium bicarbonate or ammonium sulphate, formation of a discharge in the steam-plasma zone which appears between the processed part and the electrolyte, exposure of the part surface to the action of high-frequency currents, herewith a surface active agent in the amount of at least 1.0*10-4 vol % is added, and high-frequency currents affect the part surface by current pulse packets with the duration of the latter exceeding 15 mcs and pulse ratio of less than 85%, and the processed part is an anode.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption for a unit of processed surface, better environment protection and higher surface processing uniformity for parts of complex profile.
