FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used in mechanical engineering, aviation and power turbine construction in repair of blades and other parts of turbines. The method includes treatment of a substrate in form of a blade in an electrolytic-plasma mode using a pulsed current at a supply voltage frequency of 50 Hz, wherein the blade is treated at an electric potential of 150 to 600 V with bipolar pulses of 10-50 mcs in duration for anode pulses and 40-200 mcs for cathode pulses in an electrolyte containing a water solution of a mixture of hydroxylamine hydrochloride from 5 to 100 g/l and sodium fluoride NaF from 5 to 50 g/l.
EFFECT: increased rate of stripping the coating with maintained geometry of the blade.
