FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: berry refuses are put as a uniform layer with thickness equal to 10 mm onto wire-meshed pans, dried by the radiation convective method at a temperature of 70°C during 4 hours till residual moisture content is equal to 20-17%. Dried berry refuses are milled into particles sized 0.4-0.5 mm, sieved and packed into vacuum bags metallised with foil.
EFFECT: method allows to maximally preserve vitamin and mineral composition of the semi-products.
