FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: angle channel is positioned between the upper preferably horizontal conveyor or hopper and the lower preferably horizontal conveyor or receptacle device; along one lateral wall of the channel a guide is positioned whereon the first rotated valve element is mounted so that to enable sliding, the element creating reciprocating movement between the channel inlet and outlet. At the channel outlet (6), on the other opposite lateral wall (19), the second rotated valve element (20) is stationarily mounted, together with a pneumatic drive (22). The second element (20) operates chronologically together with the first rotated valve element (10) with the first valve element (10) attached to the guide (14) together with the pneumatic drive (12) by means of a slider (13).
