FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Periomphalic approach 4–5 cm long is performed. Three laparoscopic ports are installed at a distance from each other without using a single laparoscopic approach device. Cystic duct is then separated by laparoscopic instruments. It is clipped at the cervix. Gallbladder duct is opened with scissors below the clip or a choledochotomy is performed. Through a left trocar, a ferrule is used to fix a gallbladder and through a formed hole a choledochoscope is passed through the right trocar. Concrement is removed by the Dormia basket or destroyed using laser radiation transmitted along a laser light guide inserted into the operating channel of the choledochoscope under visual choledochoscopic control. Choledochoscope is removed. Gall bladder duct is clipped and crossed or closed with a choledochotomy opening. Gall bladder is removed.

EFFECT: method enables higher clinical effectiveness in patients with choledocholithiasis, reduces intraoperative injuries, reducing the number of incisions, as well as improving the cosmetic result without the use of special ports, special laparoscopic instruments and additional X-ray equipment.
