FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method and system of functional visualisation. Method includes obtaining subject's area of interest image, with image containing information, stating indicator capture. Image is generated with data of image, obtained by means of visualisation system, used for subject's scanning. After that, obtained is signal, stating subject's physiological state before scanning, which physiological state, producing impact on indicator capture before scanning. Value of indicator capture for area of interest is determined. Correction coefficient of indicator capture is determined on the basis of physiological state before scanning. Value of indicator capture for area of interest is corrected on the basis of correction coefficient of indicator capture. Both image and data, stating physiological state are displayed simultaneously. Data, stating physiological state, are displayed on monitor display.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to reduce image artefacts, connected with patient's physiological state and their behaviour.
