FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to neonatology, and is applicable for taking measures to recover vital functions in newborns. The resuscitation system for newborns comprises a platform with a couveuse having double walls and a side plate and accommodating a mattress for preventing pressure sores made of a highly heat-conductive material, cells of which are filled with a gel having a high heat conduction coefficient; each cell is brought in thermal contact with soldered joints of a thermoelectric coil, a head hypothermia device configured as a cylindrical cup being in contact with the working soldered joints of the thermoelectric module. An inner cavity of the head hypothermia device is spherical and has a gel layer, which contains a temperature sensor connected to a control unit. The second soldered joints of the thermoelectric coil and thermoelectric module are in thermal contact with a liquid heat exchanger, the same for the thermoelectric coil and thermoelectric module.
EFFECT: using the invention enables increasing the heat elimination intensity from the second soldered joints of the thermoelectric coil and thereby increasing the reliable performance of the neonatal system.
