FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to neonatology, and is applicable for taking measures to recover vital functions in newborns. The resuscitation system for newborns comprises a platform with a couveuse having double walls and a side plate and accommodating a mattress for preventing pressure sores made of a highly heat-conductive material, cells of which are filled with a gel having a high heat conduction coefficient; each cell is brought in thermal contact with working soldered joints of a thermoelectric coil, a head hypothermia device configured as a cylindrical cup being in contact with the working soldered joints of the thermoelectric module. An inner cavity of the head hypothermia device is spherical and has a gel layer, which contains a temperature sensor connected to a control unit. The second soldered joints of the thermoelectric coil and thermoelectric module are in thermal contact with an evaporative cooling system, the same for the thermoelectric coil and thermoelectric module.
EFFECT: using the invention enables increasing the heat elimination intensity from the second soldered joints of the thermoelectric coil and thereby increasing the reliable performance of the neonatal system.
