FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: neonatal rehabilitation complex includes table with incubator having double walls and side lid. Inside the incubator an anti-decubitus mattress made of highly heat-conductive material, with cells filled with gel of high heat conductivity rate. Each cell has thermal contact to working seams of respective thermoelectric module, second seams of which are mated with a single air radiator. Thermal sensor installed on the anti-decubitus mattress surface is connected to control and adjustment unit. The incubator has an upper flap lid and a device for head hypothermia in the form of cylindrical can contacting working seams of thermoelectric modules of the device, the other seams of which contact fluid heat exchanger. Inner cavity of the head hypothermia device is spherical and features gel layer with thermal sensor connected to the control and adjustment unit linked to thermal sensors installed at both seams of thermoelectric mattress cell modules. On the mobile table a bracket consisting of three hinges, two rails and a phitotherapy unit with a set of lamps with different wavelength is mounted.
EFFECT: extended neonatal tool range.
