FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in neonatology to carry out measures to restore the vital functions of new-borns. The neonatological complex with temperature control of the new-born includes a table with an incubator having double walls and a side cover, which contains an anti-decubitus mattress made of a highly thermally conductive material with cells filled with a gel with a high thermal conductivity, thermoelectric modules, temperature sensors and an air radiator to remove heat from the reference junctions of thermoelectric modules. Fan units and a controlled DC source are introduced. Thermoelectric modules are located along the perimeter of the side surface of the incubator in its walls and are equipped with fan units from the side of the working junctions. The controlled direct current source is directly connected to the temperature sensors fixed on the child's body and may change or disconnect the thermoelectric modules, as well as turn on or off the fan units in accordance with the signals from the temperature sensors.
EFFECT: maintaining the temperature of the new-born adaptively to the reaction to thermal exposure.
