FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages raw materials preparation and milling, mixing with a bacterial concentrate and a protein-and-carbohydrate additive, stirring till homogeneous consistency and maintenance. The protein-and-carbohydrate additive is represented by powder of girasol, oat meal and dry defatted milk taken at an equal ratio in an amount of 4-6% of the milled raw material weight; Bifilact-Pro bacterial concentrate is introduced in an amount of 8-10% of the milled raw material weight; maintenance is performed at a temperature of 2-4°C during 12-24 hours.
