FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: log frame comprises a crankshaft (1), the cranks (2), connecting rods (3) connected to the saw frame (4) which is mounted in the upper (5) and lower (6) levers. A sprocket of chain transmission (7) with gear ratio of 2:1 is mounted on the crankshaft. The chain transmission transmits the motion to the intermediate shaft (8). On the intermediate shaft there are additional crank mechanisms (9), which are pivotally connected to one end of the lower double-arm lever (10) and through the rod (11) are kinematically connected to one end of the upper double-arm lever (12). At the other end of the lower double-arm lever an eccentric shaft (13) is mounted, rigidly connected to the toothed wheel (14). The toothed wheel (14) is engaged with another toothed wheel (15) and rotates together with the sprocket of the chain transmission (16) mounted on the intermediate shaft. The eccentric shafts are pivotally connected to the lower levers of the saw frame. On the shaft of the toothed wheel (15) the sprocket of the chain transmission (17) is mounted. The chain transmission (17) is connected with the upper sprocket and the toothed wheel (18). The toothed wheel (18) is engaged with another toothed wheel (19) located at the other end of the double-arm lever. On the shaft of the toothed wheel (19) an upper eccentric shaft (20) is located, which is pivotally connected to the upper lever of the saw frame.

EFFECT: improved quality of the surface of sawing, reduced power consumption of the sawing process.
