FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cover is made composite out of central, middle and peripheral rings. The central ring is fixed on the central support of the settler, the peripheral ring is fixed on the peripheral part of the settler bowl, and middle ring floats on the water surface, and is made with possibility of the concentric rotation relatively to the central and peripheral rings together with movables girder of the sludge scraper. The middle ring is made with break under movable girder of the sludge scraper, in which the cover sector is suspended using the brackets under girder.
EFFECT: higher operation reliability of the settler.
