SUBSTANCE: sump comprises a bowl, a central support, a mobile truss with a peripheral drive system, a sump cleaning device located inside the sump bowl and connected to the mobile truss, and a sump closing. The sump closing is located below the mobile truss and is attached to the sump bowl.
EFFECT: location of the sump closing under the sludge scraper truss, which allows to ensure a minimum distance between it and the mirror of the settled liquid.
