FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method of processing of fossil coal of CCOM brand includes crushing, separation of coal fraction with the size 1-6 mm, heat treatment at 250-350°C, carbonisation at 550-650°C, activation in the water vapour medium at 900-950°C. After screening or grinding of the activation product the crushed active coal or powdery active coal is obtained. The crushed particles of fossil coal with the size less than 1 mm, and greater than 6 mm are added by screenings obtained at the crushing stage, the mix is subjected to grinding to the size of particles less than 0.1 mm, mixed with the binder, the granules are formed. Then the granules are subjected to heat treatment, carbonisation and activation in the water vapour medium with producing of granulated active coal.
EFFECT: invention provides complex processing of fossil coal with obtaining of high-quality active coals of various intended use.
