FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. System for restricting compression effort, created by orthopaedic fixing unit, contains key for first component and key for second component. Key for first component has distal end, providing engagement with first part of fixing unit, and proximal end, containing rest. Key for second component has distal end, providing engagement with second part of fixing unit, and proximal end. Said key for second component contains construction, located between proximal and distal ends of said key for second component, providing interaction with rest of key for first component with restriction of axial translational motion of said first part relative to said second part. Orthopaedic device contains stabilising construction, key for first component and key for second component. Stabilising construction is selected from the group, containing plate and intramedullar pin. Shaped hole is made in said stabilising construction with possibility to accept in it first and second parts of fixing unit, placed one near the other. Key for first component has distal end, providing engagement with said first part of fixing unit, and proximal end, which has rest surface. Key for second component has distal end, providing engagement with said second part of fixing unit, and proximal end. Said key for second component has projecting outwards in radial direction section, which is located between said proximal and distal ends, and is made with possibility of interacting with rest surface of key for first component in the process of exploitation with restriction of relative travel between key for first component and key for second component. Method of stabilisation includes the following stages: installation of said stabilising construction, provision of presence of said first part of fixing unit, said second part of fixing unit, key for first component and key for second component. Said first part of fixing unit has threaded distal end, proximal end, providing engagement with key for first component, and auxiliary construction, providing possibility of engagement with second part of fixing unit. Said key for first component has distal end, providing engagement with said first part of fixing unit, and rest-containing proximal end. Said key for second component has distal end, providing engagement with second part of fixing unit, and proximal end, with said key for second component having projecting outwards in radial direction part, located between its proximal and distal ends and providing interaction with rest of said key for first component. After that, said first part of fixing unit is introduced through shaped hole and threaded distal end of first part of fixing unit is brought into interaction with bone by rotation of first part of fixing unit with key for first component. After that, said second part of fixing unit is introduced through said shaped hole along said first part of fixing unit in such a way that thread of second part of fixing unit provides engagement with auxiliary construction of first part of fixing unit, and rotation of said second part of fixing unit with said key for second component until projecting outwards in radial direction part of said key for second component is brought into interaction with rest of key for first component.
EFFECT: inventions provide elimination of excessive motion of tightening screw and prevention of additional compression.
