FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for fixation in first version contains a bone fixation nail, first sleeve, first threaded connector and fastening screw. bone fixation nail extends from a proximal end to a distal end. Distal end has a helical structure configured to engage a bone. Proximal end has a longitudinal opening extending thereinto. First sleeve is configured for insertion over a proximal portion of bone fixation nail and through an intramedullary nail hole. First sleeve permits bone fixation nail to move axially therewithin in a predetermined range of movement. First threaded connector is attached to proximal end of bone fixation nail. Threaded connector has a second hole, passing through it, and a protrusion on distal end of first threaded connector for engagement with groove, available bone fixation nail. Locking screw configured to limit movement of bone fixation nail relative to first sleeve. Locking screw is configured to lockingly engage with first and second holes and has a head and a threaded shaft extending distally therefrom. In accordance with second version bone fixation device comprises a bone fixation nail, first sleeve, first threaded connector and locking screw. bone fixation nail extends from a proximal end to a distal end. Distal end has a helical structure configured to engage a bone. Proximal end has a longitudinal opening extending thereinto. First sleeve is configured for insertion over a proximal portion of bone fixation nail through an intramedullary nail hole. First sleeve permits bone fixation nail to move axially therewithin in a predetermined range of movement. First sleeve has such a substantially conical shape, that its distal end has diameter larger than its proximal end. Locking screw configured to limit movement of bone fixation nail relative to first sleeve. Locking screw is configured to lockingly engage with first and second holes and has a head and a threaded shaft extending distally therefrom.
EFFECT: inventions enable adjustment to individual requirements of various patients and, consequently, reduced complications.
