Actuator is composed of metal plates connected with HV source. Said plates are arranged in the case to displace relative to each other. Transfer mechanism is composed of two crossbars rigidly coupled with metal plates and provided with retainers, Crossbars are interconnected by springs. Main and auxiliary slides are rigidly couple with said crossbars.
