FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: mould is fabricated from loose fire-resistant magnetic material in the foundry housing with one-time template by effecting with vacuum and electromagnetic field for material compaction. The template is removed by vacuum, by rendering excessive air pressure (1.5-2.5) 105 Pa on fire-resistant disperse magnetic material of the mould. The melted metal is filled into the obtained form by creation of evacuation in the form and supply of pressure to molten metal and impact on fire-resistant disperse magnetic material of the mould with nanosecond electromagnetic impulses within 30-60 seconds. Extraction of casting from the mould is performed after crystallization of molten metal by removal of magnetic field and rash of fire-resistant magnetic material from the foundry housing.
EFFECT: improvement of mould filling ability, anti-cracking stability and exception of impregnation by the template mass of fire-resistant magnetic material of the mould.
